Aldyl Argentina is founded as a water and gas pipeline infrastructure company.
Four decades of industrial discipline became, in just three years, the capacity to directly operate one of the most relevant oil fields in Morichal Pesado. The same logic that built infrastructure now produces energy.
Aldyl Argentina is founded as a water and gas pipeline infrastructure company.
First step into Morichal Pesado as a service provider.
Aldyl Energía assumes the field's full operation under CPPH.
Acquisition of Petreven.
Production reaches 10,000 BPD.
Goal: consolidation as a regional platform, 80,583 BPD.
Our management pattern
Aldyl identified underutilized capacity at two key moments: first, by recognizing that it could become an integrated oilfield services company; then, at Petreven, by identifying an idle fleet of equipment with reactivation potential.
Restructuring of Aldyl as an integrated oilfield services company; entry into Venezuela as a service provider at the Morichal Pesado field (2022).
Assumption of full operations at Morichal Pesado under CPPH (April 2025); from 700 to 10,000 BPD in 12 months, with 90% of operations executed by in-house personnel.
Acquisition of Petreven (February 2026); relocation of a Drillmec equipment fleet to Venezuela; 2026-2027 operating plan toward 80,583 BPD.
Aldyl management principles
Aldyl did not arrive at Morichal Pesado as an operator: it first spent three years as a service provider before taking control of the field.
The move from service provider to operator, and from third-party operator to operator with 90% in-house personnel and equipment, is the structural decision that explains the results.
The acquisition of Petreven and the addition of owned equipment reflect a systematic preference for owning execution capacity rather than renting it.
Barriles is not a stand-alone innovation project: it is the technological extension of the same operating discipline applied to decision-making.
Every stage of growth —Aldyl as a service provider, Morichal Pesado and Petreven— was backed by verifiable operating results before moving to the next scale.
